• Who We Are

    We are experienced building professionals—space planners, engineers, architects, buildings managers, health and safety specialists, maintenance and cleaning staff. We are a service organization, dedicated to supporting the university’s academic mission, to enhancing and safeguarding its building assets.

    What We Do

    We plan, build, manage and service the university’s facilities, to create and maintain the best possible learning and work environments with available funds and staff, in keeping with the university’s goals for sustainable practices. We work with all university constituencies to respond to facilities needs and we provide a broad range of assistance with building-related matters.
