All first-year students enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at our New York City campus will be automatically signed up for on-campus housing for their first year at newly reduced housing rates.
We want to make the process as smooth as possible for you. That’s why we’ve simplified the housing selection process for all new students. All you need to do is submit your housing preferences. Housing assignments will be released in early July on a rolling basis.

Move-In Weekend
New Student Move-In is scheduled for Sunday, January 12th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
All students will be required to schedule a check-in appointment in order to move into their room.
Please do not mail any packages to your residence hall prior to your move-in date. Any packages received before your set move-in date will be returned to the sender.
Scheduling a Check-in Appointment
All residential students are required to schedule a check-in appointment. Appointments will be in 10-minute increments for students to check-in at the lobby of their assigned Residence Hall. Once
checked in, residents will have the rest of the day to move into their space.
You will be able to schedule your check-in appointment once you have been assigned housing. Instructions will be provided in the email containing your housing assignment information.
You must schedule your check-in appointment by 12:00 p.m. EST on Friday, January 3rd, 2025. After this date and time, you will not be able to make any changes to your scheduled appointment. If you do not schedule your check-in appointment
by the deadline, you will need to contact the Residence Hall staff at your perspective building to arrange for a date and time in which you are able to check-in outside of the designated check-in dates and times.
