Instructions for requesting a job
If you are a New School faculty or staff member, you may request CEA to write, design, advertise, publicize, create a promotional event, video, or other promotional product for your department. Kindly fill out a CEA Job Request form and submit to the appropriate CEA staff member. Please note, the job cannot proceed unless you include the following:

• the client's name/department
• delivery deadline
• FOAP

If your project falls outside the normal activities of the office or should the existing staff be unable to meet your design requests in the timeframe requested, freelance artists may be called in at an additional charge to the client.
