Daniel Del Valle, BFA, Communication Design '83 will have a solo exhibit at Nuyorican Poets Cafe in New York City from April 2 through June 23. Del Valle's work has been comissioned by El Museo del Barrio and The MTA-Arts for Transit. He is also a two-time BRIO Fellowship winner from the Bronx Council on the Arts.
Chris Spollen, Cert., Illustration '74 is part of the team that has created a fleet of “green” one-of-a-kind vehicles using found materials and many, many, cast-off bikes, which are featured in "Making Things Go: Bikes, and Human-Powered Vehicles" showing now through September 7, 2008 at the Staten Island Museum.

Twins and 2008 Lang grads, Alyssa Waldron, BA, Writing '08, and Laura Waldron, BA, Arts in Context '08, have co-written and co-directed the one act comedy "The Red Paintball", going up this July as part of the Midtown International Theatre Festival. (Description: Maxwell Morrison, the maniacal bigot of a principal at Saint Joseph's Christian Academy, attempts to discover which of his students shot him with a paintball gun. However, in the process of his interrogation, he reveals a dirty little secret of his own.) Show dates and times are:
